Did you try both PC companion and sony update service?

I have tried both of these and have also reinstalled the software aswell I keep getting told that my phone is up to date when I know there has now been a few updates since my last one

This doesn't really help much as I know there was a bug fix for the current version I have months ago which was jellybeans and I haven't even had that

My model number is c6903 and it's UK I gotta from from camphone warehouse they pretty much only use unbranded phones

It's from carphone warehouse not camphone all there phones except iPhone are non network specific

all is good i am currently updating my phone I think it may have been my usb cable as when i tried another it came up with the update straight away many thanks for your quick replies

Wy should I buy a SONY device again. From the beginning i used SONY until Z3c. This behaviour I have to complain. Considering, that money counts, I say good by to Sony
