    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order for sound bar 2 weeks ago from official Sony store. Now radio silence from both Sony and delivery company. No response from either despite repeated messages to their support portal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone had this experience too? Flabbergasted to receive such poor support from Sony on this!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hiya,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you had any response from Sony? I am experiencing the same issue - package was apparently shipped but courier claiming they are not yet in receipt of the package!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
