Hey,

I got a really strange problem with my headphones. If I connect them to computer with bluetooth they are working perfectly, but when I connect them to my Iphone: Everything works perfectly until I try to play music with Spotify, Youtube etc. Then all I can hear is "triririririririri" for a couple of seconds and after that headphones turns off without any warning nor lady saying "power off".

I have Sony headphones app installed and tested if personal optimizing works. It did and played sounds and runs through. Anyone else having problems like this and did you find a solution?

WH-1000XM4 version 2.5.1

Iphone 13 (with IOs 17.5.1)

Did you try to test another BT headset with your iPhone and check if the same thing will happen or not?

@Anonymous Yes, I did try and another BT headset is working fine.

@Anonymous And I also tried to make a call with headset and they worked just fine. So im able to make a call but not listening music nor watch videos.
