R0060F2 12/16/2004&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;don't u think that 133MHz should have been 533 instead of 133???? am i missing something????:smileyconfused:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

But the Intel CPUs works with Quadspeed technology. Because a bigger FSB = more bandwith = more speed&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;133 x 4 ~ 533MHz FSB&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And the same is with the 1,73 GHz of your CPU. Intel, AMD, VIA and so one, uses a multiplier for that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The Intel Pentium M in your VAIO has a variable multiplier.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe between 4 or 5 and 13.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;133 x 5 ~ 665MHz; 133 x 13 ~ 1729MHz&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
