    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thik it's due to the Norton AntiVirus, try reinstall your Norton (Firewall, AntiVirus) and keep your Norton Antivirus up to date. &lt;BR /&gt;This is how I solved the problem when I had it for a while ago.&lt;BR /&gt;(permit all the "question" to the Program Control from NortonAntivirus/Firewall)&lt;BR /&gt;--------------&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Vas&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
