just moved out a,d bought a new pc, downloaded the sonicstage 4.3, but it keeps on converting the database???????

plz help....

Hi Descyciede, welcome to Club Vaio

The database converter takes a while, took a couple of hours it had to do 5000 odd songs in my case but just let it do its thing. Even if you have cancelled the operation mid way thru it normally just keeps running, although it could need a reinstall if its hanging.

kept my pc "converting" for 2 days, no result, reinstalled sonicstage, no result

anymore suggestions :smileyd_oh:

Hi, have you checked to see if SS can get online? you may need to check the allowed list on your firewall or set it to learning when doing the reinstall. Just incase leave the player disconnected from your PC until SS is working too.

checked it and it gets online,
its been converting since yesterday,
still no results
