RZ104 PSU

The PSU on my desktop has become v noisy but does not take a standard size PSU. Anybody know where you can get hold of a PSU 100mm deep, 90mm tall and 165mm wide? Seems that these may be made to order for Sony. As an alternative, how easy is it to replace a fan in the existing PSU (by NMB).

im not sure on this but just because the psu is a certain size doesnt mean that you have to get the exact same all you need is it to be the right power and the right connections,

Ben the thing is it needs to be the same size or it won't fit in Sony's customised cases.

ohh yeah lol

im a little dumb
i think about my pc to much and just consider evereyone else's to be the same lol

if it is like the cd drive chassis theres a chance it could still be alright as inside mine it has loads of different screw holes that arnt even used ????? it also has holes all around the inside of mine like a string vest lol

i could basicly bolt anything anywhere aslong as it was able to get to its conecting point

They have to be correctly aligned, or the door bangs into the chasis

i was messing around lol

and to tell you the truth i didnt know it even had a door i have only seen my psu attached and i am hoping that stays that way

do the doors not have screws or some sort of lache ???

No idea, I'm just saying what other members have told me about VAIO desktops and what I have seen in shops.
