Multiple threat detection, just bought my comp...

Hi, i just bought my comp, i only installed some programmes i have in other computer as well which are trustfull.

But my antivirus says i have multiple threats, they come from C:/programme files (x86) vaio screensaver

And when i want to press remove all unhealed, it says ' moved object is bigger than archived size limit. object above is bigger then permitted size of 5 mb. c;/programmefiles (x86) vaio screensaversgeneric.exe

then i can press again remove, but it says ;forced removal can cause system instability or even crash,

What i need to do???
