I have a Pink VAIO VGN-CS21S

The Volume Control Area buttons do not now work or light up as before. There have been a number of updates recently so do not know what may have removed the controls.

In the manual these can be seen on page 15 and described on pages 36-38.

Can anyone tell me how to reinstate them.

The volume can be controlled by the speaker icon lower right on screen.
