      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;My laptop just turned off, not like a propere shut down or crash but total loss of power and now it won't turn on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It trys to turn on and then stops after 2 seconds and doesnt get to the vaio logo screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The laptop is a vaio vgn-fw31m.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know probable might not be able to be fixed without a repair but just wondering if anyone has heard of this problem or had it before so know if its motherboard, circuit or shorting problem so no general ball park money wise of fixing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help much appericated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
