My quick web acess feature does not work. Its a VPCEB2ZOE Sony Vaio model. It just says that the installer is required to make this feature start as it couldnt find this installer on my laptop. Does any one know solution to this problem so that i can use quick web acess feature on my laptop

Do you have both c:\SPLASH.000 and c:\SPLASH.SYS in the root of C: and are they populated with files?

I think I would try reinstalling QWA.

You can do this from your Recovery Partition, your Recovery discs or download it from Sony Vaio-Link Support here: -
