New tablet bought after Xmas, OTA Android update and the remote control app disappeared.

Contacted Sony told to do a Hard reset not even warned that all the data would be lost.

After hard reset I've pretty much a stock andriod device with none of the Sony apps.

Please HELP

There has been a few threads on this subject now, the missing universal remote problem has been escalated to Sony support, if & as soon as we get a reply will update the following thread - missing universal remote app
