    <description>&lt;P&gt;Using an HDMI cable (decent quality) to feed a Hitachi 32" TV (not sure of the model).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The network has been upgraded with a wifi-extender and that doesn't help.&amp;nbsp; The signal is pretty good now.&amp;nbsp; The problem persists with or without the wifi-extender.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We bought the player mid last year for my father-in-law and mother-in-law and so with the lockdown, I can't check much except over video-calls.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; We bought a Bluray player for the wife's parents to watch Netflix, but the audio is out of sync with the video.&amp;nbsp; Slightly (but noticeably) behind it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have checked that the problem is not present when playing a DVD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have check the audio settings and can't see any problems.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have installed a wi-fi extender to improve the wi-fi signal and that hasn't helped.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wildswan&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have you tried a different HDMI cable or a different HDMI port on the TV?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There could be some settings on the TV that you could check as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- JD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that the TV is a&amp;nbsp;Hitachi 32HB1J46U.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We did try different cables, but haven't tried the other (there are only two, I believe) HDMI socket on the TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'll get them to try that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We went through all the settings on the TV that were likely to be responsible for this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The player is up to date on firmware.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem is solved by going into the subtitles menu under the Netflix app on the Blueray player and change the audio from 'English [Original] (5.1)' to 'English [original]'.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;NO 5.1.&amp;nbsp; However, every time the Blueray player is turned off, the setting goes back to 5.1 and the sound is out of sync with the video again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think they need to update the firmware so that the set-up choices are remembered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
