Sound suddenly quiet and flat through HT-SF150 2.0 soundbar

Having some trouble with my soundbar, the volume has gone really flat and dull. Tried resetting it, tv settings, swapping hdmi cables etc to no avail. Currently using this with the 2020 49 inch KD49X7052PBU

Did you try resetting the TV?

I have the same issue with the HT-SF150 soundbar. If I turn it off at the plug and turn it on again, the audio is perfect and crisp. But if I turn the sound bar off and back on with the remote the audio is quiet and flat.

@Callum185 Are you connecting it via HDMI or Bluetooth? Also, are you connecting it to a TV or other devices?
