Help with annoying bumping

So here we go, setting up my new Xperia 1.

All is good so far, but i detest one annoying thing.

When i close an app, but it's still active in the background, my bottom bar is jumping like an add'er with a sugarrush.

Been browsing settings, but i can't week to find where to remove this jumping. Help would be much preciated.

Yes i feel the same, but after july update if im not mistake.

With last firmwire there is no bounce
