Hopefully the issue will be sorted out very soon, just try to get it repaired as soon as possible if it is still under the two years warranty.

Unfortunately, this is exactly what happened on the day the warranty expired, like when I bought the phone, it was one of the first things I did not get with my headphones.

I just bought an Xperia Mark 3 and they gave me headphones, but what good is it if I bought both noise canceling headphones and the old headphones are useless?
