Xperia 1 and PlayMemories Online

I just moved from a Xperia XZ to a Xperia 1 and I'm having trouble logging into PlayMemories Online.

Every time I try to log in, after entering the password, I get the message "The connection to the server timed out". I tried to log in on my previous phone and it works. Also, logging into services like Playstation Network on the new phone works fine.

I’m suspicious that the 2 step verification has something to do with the failure.

I’ve tried everything but resetting the phone, that’s something that I don’t want to do. Any clues to what’s happening or ways to solve it?

Isn't PlayMemories updated to Imaging Edge now? try updating the app or installing the other and sign in using the same account.

Ok, this is weird, today appeared a system update, after updating I've tried to log in and it worked. I won't complain ;-).
