Hello. How can I power my new Xperia 10 IV fully OFF? A quick press on the power button switches off the screen. Does this also send the phone asleep? All my previous Xperia phones displayed a message inviting me to confirm shutdown. This does not feature on the 10 IV, it appears. Instead, a long press on the power button activates the annoying Google Assistant which I have no interest in. Am I missing something here?
Thanks.

Hello @Grendow04,
maybe you changed the behavior of the power button in the settings?
It is hidden in the gestures and movements menu.
Usually long press will show the menu you are looking for and a quick double click will activate google assistant.

Hello IamNic,
Yes, I eventually managed to find the correct setting -very well hidden,as you said - and make the necessary adjustment.
Many thanks for your helpful advice.

Is it not in the Manual? Or the User Guide? You mean there isn't any documentation of that type?
