Hi there, new to this community and hoping someone can give me so feedback.
I am concerned my TV has got water damage (from a leak), it was working but now it just shows a green screen. I have followed the factory reset instructions (ensure powered off for at least 30 seconds, hold in power and volume up and down and then plug-in) and after about the indicated 30 seconds the screen comes on (green) and there is some peaceful music playing but nothing else. Is the TV dead (it feels as if it is)? I have attached a photo of what it looks like.
