I updated my TV (firmware update), but my TV still has no channels? Can anyone help?

I downloadedthe firmware update and put the USB into the TV. This worked as the product info says my TV is up to date. The problem is I have no channels? I have tried auto-tuning, nothing. Can anyone help? 

TV model= KDL-32EX401
