Product registration

I have recently purchased a new soy tv great product very pleased, but trying to register the warranty is absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!!

Had a similar problem but the other way around.  Set up account and registered the TV for warranty ok, but could not log in to this community - message could not redirect etc.  Set up another Sony account and could log in to here.
