HELP

During programmes the word sony appears on screen followed by coloured balls and then the word android.  Is there any way of stopping this happening as it usually happens at the cruicial point in a programme.  Driving me mad.  AAAAARRRRGGGHHHH

Hi there

Sounds like the TV is rebooting itself.  Can I suggest a factory reset - it can cure many weird and wonderful issues.
