This is an old subject already but the ANC isn't working how it is supposed to I had the XM4 and they would do a way better job canceling sound, please just make a software update so that we can control if we want ANC or not. It's getting old now, I thought my pair was defective due to so low performance, sent it to repair but apparently they are fine. Never buying with sony again util they fix this
