FDR AX43A goes black after 5 min when connected to Elgato 4K link as a webcamera

Hi,
I use my camera (spec in subject) mostly to film theatre plays that last for an hour +.
This work very well.

I have bought an Elgato 4K link to use the camera as a webcam/studiocam for Teams/Zoom/Youtube/VideoPodCast.
When connected to my MAC Mini M1 via Elgato 4K link and turn on the camera I can use it as a webcam without starting recording.
However, after five minutes, the camera goes black and shows a strange icon.

I have turned of power save mode but nothing seems to help.

The camera is connnected to power supply all the time when connected to Elgato 4K link

Has anyone of you experienced this with Sony FDR-AX-series cameras?

Hey @THS_Creation 

As it's an officially incompatible third-party accessories, it may be corrupting the internal memory of the camera or causing it to misbehave. (This warning icon indicates an issue with the internal memory).

I won’t be connecting these items together anymore.
