I have connected my camcorder to the mains supply via the power supply transformer. I have also connected the camcorder to my computer via the USB cable.
When I open the viewfinder,there are two options USB CONNECT and DISC BURN. I tap on USB CONNECT. The screen then shows 'Connected. Do not unplug the USB cable. Do not turn off the power. Do not close the LCD panel. At the bottom left of the screen USB CONNECT appears. Nothing happens when I try to tap on that
Also, my computer running Window 7 does not recognise the camcorder as an external device when I go to Start > Computer.
I'm trying to access the internal memory to copy some video files there to my computer hard drive. Any suggestions will be much apopreciated
