I apologise if this is old hat to you but I do need your help.
I have a DCR DVD 203E which I used Picture Package with on an XP machine. I have purchased a laptop that runs Windows 8.1 Pro. I tried to install from the original CD and a message came up and propmted me to PlayMemories, which I did. When I connect my camera to my PC and open PlayMemories it sees it as a DVD RW. I can se no media or do anything with it. Any thoughts or idea's would be most gratefully received.
