I never had a problem with PMB but have continuing with PlayMemories. I have a Sony HDR-PJ10 Camera but Play Memories seems not to recognise it. Each time I connect it tells me I need to Register the Camera - I have registered a number of times but it still tells me to do so. Now it also tells me that there are videos on my camera that cannot be downloaded by play Memories - so videos that I recorded in the past few days, while playing on the camera, they are not showing on Play Memories. I am not interested in Cloud storage or much editing, I would just like to be able to download my camera to my hard disc. Anyone any ideas???
