hi, i want to ask how to reset xperia e dual , without open menu , please help me admin and other user !! i cant open my homescreen how to reset or bypass or anything . thanks , i hope please reply fast

Try this:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

i also having the same problem and now im following these steps its saying preparing the computer for software update and loading......hope it works... I REMEMBER THE PASSWORD BUT I'VE PUT A SMILEE AS MY PASSWORD AND THERE WAS NO SMILEE OPTION INTHE UNLOCK SCREEN SO IM STUCK.....
