all i have installed are 2 games and 4-5 other apps and all are moved to sd [those which can be moved]

Can't even install apps now .....removed most apps still......

The phone takes 80 mb for the messaging services and all and you have used most of it and only 70 mb left so it is showing like that 

its not a problem just give 80 mb to the phone and remove google app updates then it will be good

it is good that you have es file explorer
just open it and run the sd card analyst
the dcim folder contains 2.big files just delete them you will free up around 500-600 free memory.
make sure you delete them regularly

and also don't update the apps that you are not using.
also uninstall chrome updates as there is nothing new in it

How about if you clear data for media storage in settings-apps-all?

clearing data also works but it gets created again when you use that respected app
