compaible sites?

I've had an Xperia U for some time now, and have an email, password and username for that account.

Have just registered an ICD-PX333 Voice Recorder, but that site would not recognise my exisiting details and these have had to be repeated (with a different username).

Cannot see how to contact Sony directly to sort this out - are phones and voice recorders handled by different divisions that don't recognise each other?

Yes I believe so, with your Xperia U mobile phone you would have opened an account in the Xperia Mobile forum..

Whereas the My Sony account that you created when you registered your Voice recorder, can be also be used to log in to the Sony online store, the Sony user community forum, etc..
