Sent an email via my online account regarding a blu-ray player that is still in warranty having trouble connecting to the network. I sent 2 emails nearly a month ago with no response.
Really Poor customer support!

Sony normally do respond to emails - although a week later ... So not sure on whats going on with that at the moment.
In regards to it not connecting to the internet - Can you try setting up the bluray player using a static IP address and then using the DNS servers of 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 - see these instructions : HERE.
