Help! registering for warranty

I've recently purchased a barvia online, which comes with 5 year warranty, I went on to make a claim and took screenshot of the invoice they responded saying its an order confirmation, please advise

Would like to add they said otherwise they cannot accept my claim, if it not sent in (14 days) this was 4 days ago, any help would be appreciated
