Isn't this is so typical of the customer service industry these days? Filling forms and ticking boxes seems more important than actually providing the customer with a good experience. I could list several companies that are equally as bad but I doubt forum rules will permit me naming them all.

Funny story.

Transferring a large file via FTP, however I had to temporarily stop download for a while.  Resumed FTP transfer and went to bed.  Next day I went out.  After I come back home, decided to check.  The transfer was still going (not that large, should have completed over night).  However looking at the logs, once the FTP transfer finished, it failed, and then automatically resumed download from before hand.  This was going in a loop. 

Checked ISP data today, downloaded 150GB in that time! - Oooops   Unlimited data - thankfully.
