Hi can anyone tell me how to get my products on my new profile.
I registered two products on an old profile (deleted the account due to errors that I could not correct).
Not when I try to register the products it will not let me as already registered. I have tried the contact button looking for an email so I can get them transferred to the new profile but like all support sites trying to get to someone to help is near impossible.
So if anyone can help me it would be appreciated.
