I've bought this TV in the last few weeks & I've noticed that there is no "Sound Mode" option to have presets like Cinema, Music etc..
The only options I have is
-Sound Customisation
-Volume Level
I called Sony & they can't give me a reason for not having this option.
He sent me the update for the new PS5 but I need to get a new USB stick to update this also.
If I go into Sound customisation I can then go into Equaliser to manually select the different levels but I feel this defeats the purpose of paying 1k for a TV when it doesn't have this Sound option
Can anyone advise if it's maybe a setting or is this just what you get?
