I'm not able to active 2-Step Verification. I've tested on my PC with three different browser and via the PS4. On the PC, I get the following message after entering the verification code: "AN ERROR HAVE OCCURRED."
On my PS4, I get the following message: "THIS E-MAIL IS ALREADY REGISTERED TO ANOTHER SONY SERVICE"
Now based on that, I remember that 1-2 month ago, when I logged in to Sony.com > MySony, I got recommended to link MySony and the rest of Sony services. What I needed was only to have same e-mail and password. Could it be relatated to that??
If so, then Sony.com should also have 2SV, so that the service is linked. I have sent a mail to the Swedish Playstation Support - tick no. 160828-001036
