HT-SF150 soundbar Audio is Flat and Quiet once turned off
I have an issue with the HT-SF150 soundbar. If I turn it off at the plug and turn it on again, the audio is perfect and crisp. But if I turn the sound bar off and back on with the remote the audio is quiet and flat. Any reason for this?

@Callum185 Are you connecting it via HDMI or Bluetooth? Also, are you connecting it to a TV or other devices?

@Callum185 Does this issue happen with other devices as well other than the TV? What is the model of your TV?

The issue happens while using every aspect of the TV, Sky, Amazon Firestick and the inbuilt apps such as Youtube. The TV is the Sony Bravia KD55X75WL.

@Callum185 When you connect the sound bar to your TV, make sure that it's connected through the HDMI eARC port. Then, adjust these settings: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/kaep1/v1/en/04-04_02.html Also, make sure to adjust the Bravia sync feature: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/kaep1/v1/en/04-07_03.html You can also adjust the sound quality to your desired options by following the steps here: https://helpguide.sony.net/tv/kaep1/v1/en/01-03-09_02.html You can set the surround effect to the max level as well. Also, I would recommend if you tried the sound bar with different devices like your PC or your phone and check if the same issue happens with them too.
