how do I unlock my phone, I have the un lock code from my previous network but no attempts remaining, how do I update the counter so I can enter the unlock code
Hello @subman1122, the counter update should be done at the repair centre, I'm afraid you can't do it yourself. Book a repair online, then send it out to them.
