Heatsink problem - Random Reboot

Hi guys, I've got a Sony Xperia M5 & M4 and both has the same problem the M4 is stuck in reboot mode completely and the M5 randomly reboots. 

The problem is that all these phones have a heatsink problem and this overheats the processors and starts a reboot to cool down. So far as I understand it's a widespread problem and said to be unfixable too. Why are these phones still available for sale!!

where did you read that in order for the phone to cool down it will reboot over and over? that will heat up the phone even faster
