hi, i have a xperia m4 aqua dual version e2363
my pc doesnt recognize it, the xperia connection USB doenst install the xperia software too, when i plug it on pc usb just start to charge the battery.
In the service menu> usb test after plug in it does not recognize, just charge the battery.
Already did a factory format and not worked.
What can i do to the usb work?
