Theme not supported

why xperia m 4.3 with firmware 15.4.A.0.23 not support theme?

and why xperia keyboard not have a phonepad layout?

why?

i've try several way to install theme.

playstore said my phone is not supported

download from sony select app not installed

and from other site still not working

i think it's just a bug.

just waiting for someone to find way to root without unlock bootloader

or wait sony fix that.
