I have a problem when I connect the headphones, with any movement they get out of the connector.

Can somebody help me

Tengo un problema cuando conecto los auriculares, con cualquier movimiento se salen del conector.

First thing to do is to check if there's anything inside the 3.5mm port, if not then test a different pair of headphones.
