arc s update problem ( in the list but cant update to ics)

is there something wrong with the list marcus sent?

it says

its already sept but my firmware version is still 4.0.3

i tried to update using pc companion but it says, i have the latest version?

could someone help me? is there a thread here where we can update manually ?

that's the 4.0.3 update not 4.0.4. it has to be 4.1.B.0.431
