i too have teh same problem my xperia ion head phones are not working

but no solution for this eventhough it is in warranty

also can you confirm me is it possible to claim headphone from warranty ?

ys ashok if itz under warranty you can claim from sony .before that you must rise ticket from sony

180030002800(Toll Free).they wil provide ticket number.go to nearest sony authorized service center and show the bill and ticket number. it wil take 3 days for replace your headphone.
