Firmware update failur

I updated new firmware today. Since then phone keeps on reboothing after requesting PIN. I have contenct encryption activated on my phone. Updated was over wi-fi, phone connected to power supplie. No backup on computer available. Resetting to factory settings has not worked. Suggestions?

Has anyone an idea how to restore to old firmware? I don't care about loss of data on the phone, its all backed-up in the cloud.

Oh dear, how can such a big tech company release such a messed up firmware...

thanks. already tried bridge for mac. I do not manage to connect the phone (programm cannot find the phone). I have not used bridge before the problem.

does the LED notification light turn on when you connect it to a computer and/or wall charger?

Seems like to work, it's downloading the Firmware and the connection was working. Before this i didn't know how to connect the SP with the PC cause the PC wasn't able to find the Phone.

With The Volumen down combination it was working.

Maybe this will work for you too supersane?

Turn your phone off and after 30 seconds connect it to your PC and press the Volume Down button.

But i really don't know if it will work wirh bridge. For me it was working with SUS and a Windows PC.

thanks for the info. unfortunately I use the bridge for mac. I get till the confirmation that my personal data will be deleted, which i duely confirm. afterwards I can click the continue button 100 times and nothing happens.

bridge seems to be as useless as the firmware update. too bad. guess I will have too look for someone with a pc.

Everything fine here right now.

Lost all my data but i can life with out them.

I hope next time Sony is able to fix this shit.
