is conference calls facility available on this handset?

Yes this option is available while on a call within the handset.

To make a conference call:

1. From the Home screen, find and tap Calls.

2. Enter the number of the first participant or use the Call log. Tap the Call icon.

3. During the call, tap the Keypad icon and enter the number of the second participant and tap the Call icon.

4. When the second participant has answered, tap the Merge calls icon.

5. To end a conference call, tap the End call icon.
