LT26W Charging Problem

When the LT26W in charging, it will stop charge by itself when the charge is above 100% and de LED show the green light. After 2 hours the charge begins reduce, then the LED show  the red light. And the charge continue reducing until 0%. If I remove the charger and put the charger again the phone begins charge again. Is this normal?

that's not normal, repair your phone with either PCC or SUS if that doesn't help take your phone to a Sony repair center.
