LWW (WT19i): Problem in displaying HTML images for Hotmail in Active Sync

Hi ,

I have setup my hotmail email account in default email application...this was setup using Exchange Active Sync. I have to choose this option because with pop3, even my read emails were displayed as unread and every time I have to mark them as read, but again they appears as unread.

Back to the original issue, my hotmail account is not displaying emails in html format. Instead emails are appearing in text format which is really painful. Can anybody help me in resolving this issue. I donot want to use any other application (have already used K9, maildroid).

Also, is this problem resolved in ICS update?

In the example you show, can you also make me a screencapture of the same email from your hotmail on  your computer?

We will continue to investigate, however, for now, we are requesting users to download and use the hotmail application from the Google Play store.

This is resolved in ICS update, only when hotmail is connected through Exchange settings.
