Hi,

I am not able to forward email using EMAIL App in my xperia arc with android 2.3.4, when i try to forward any mail the attachment and text got lost.

Please help.

As I understand there were some problems with forwarding in the default E-mail app in Gingerbread. What you can do is to either update to ICS (if available for your device) or try another E-mail application from Google Play store.
