Hello everybody.
I don't know how it happened but my phone just frezed for some seconds while i was trying to phone someone, i tried to turn it of but it won't turn off, so i removed the battery and now it won't turn on anymore, when i press the power button it just vibrates like it does when it really powers up but nothing else after that, no backlight, no sound, no image, if somethine was broken inside i think it won't even vibrate...
Even if i try to charge it, there is no light etc , not even the led.
I tried also to plug it into my usb when it vibrates ( thinking that it may be some screen problem ) but also nothing else, no detection in windows.
Can someone help me with this issue.
I really love my phone and i'm desperate

Since you tried what Sam suggested and it didn't work, your next step would be to call us locally to discuss options for warranty/repair/exchange.

Please try running the Update Service to resolve this issue (don't worry it is run with the phone turned off):

This morning when i woke up i tried again to turn on the phone, but this time when i turn it on, it doesn't vibrate like yesterday but instead the led lights red 3 or 4 times but nothing else.
Its the same thing each time i try to turn it on today.
then i downloaded the software you sugested but no good results, it won't even detect if my phone is connected, even if it can detect it when the phone is off like you told me
